Community Service

Community Service is a legal activity and form of Liberal Activism. Community Service improves the public's view on the Liberal Crime Squad but doesn't help with any other issues. It also has a chance to reduce the Liberal's heat.

Unlike with other legal street activities, wanted Liberals doing Community Service can't be arrested.
