Effects of Shutdown:

Loot to be Found:

PDA (~30%)
Cellphone (~30%)
Laptop (~30%)
Judicial Corruption Evidence (5%)

Misc.

This is the second stop for Liberals after being arrested. They can be freed here, from the Cells.

The loot at the Court House is marginally better than Media loot, due to the absence of Microphones. You may find Judicial Corruption Evidence lying around, too.

The two main points of interest are the Jury and the Cells. Your liberals can attempt to affect the Jury's decisions to gain persuasion and law experience, but liberals without high Persuasion & Law will anger the jury, instantly alarming the conservatives and causing them to be attacked by many angry jurors. The jail cells are where your liberals will be moved to for the month before they are tried for their crimes. It's easier to rescue them here than at the police station, due to the lower number of police officers.
