Almost any non-base level encounter is available here. Based on your luck can be EXTREMELY DANGEROUS to fight here due to agents and other high end conservatives coming here but those are fairly rare.

You do not need a disguise here, as the latte stand is considered public space, although bearing an illegal firearm will of course raise conservative alarm. There is no loot except that taken from slain Conservatives.

If you see a Hick,Yokel,etc. here, it is always a CCS-Member. If you are looking for one to recruit/seduce sleepers, the Latte Stand is a good place to look.
