Release Oppressed is an action available during infiltration

Valid targets for Release Oppressed:
Sweatshop Worker
Child Worker
Slave
Servant
Prisoner

Released Liberals will join the current squad and come back to the base as active LCS members IF:
*Someone on the current squad has enough Juice to recruit, AND
*There is room in the current Squad

Otherwise, the newly released Liberals will leave.
