Stealing a Car

Stealing a Car is an activity that you can do to obtain a vehicle, and you need a vehicle to get to the on-the-outskirts-of-the-city. It is quite difficult to steal a vehicle unless you have enough of the Security skill. Once you have a vehicle, the Driving skill is quite useful if you want to drive it well. Stealing a Car is a bit dangerous since often the police find you and then you can either fight them, try to run/drive away, or just let them arrest you. It is sort of like the game Grand Theft Auto except completely different. Occasionally, you will find The Viper.
