The City Park. You can find literally any class in the game here if you look hard enough. Be wary of high-level conservatives if you have broken any laws (sprayed graffiti) here. The park is the easiest site to shut down, and simply spraying too much Liberal Graffiti here can cause it to be shut down for weeks.
