The Viper

The Viper is an advanced car alarm that will randomly pop up when you try to steal a car. A car equiped with The Viper is much harder to steal than a normal car, and when stolen (to the best of my knowledge) becomes a normal car.

THE VIPER: THIS IS THE VIPER! STAND AWAY!
