Vehicles
Vehicles are necessary to get to the Outskirts of the City, and you get them by Buying or Stealing a Car. To drive them well you need the driving skill. The vehicle's year can be anywhere from 1967 to the current year + 1.
Here are the types of Vehicles you can buy or try to steal:

There are also these vehicles included in the game which cannot be bought or stolen:

Buyable - if the vehicle can be bought from the used car dealer at the retail cost. Having a sleeper at the dealership will typically lower this price by 20%.
Skill Bonus - how much of a boost the car gives to the driver's driving skill.
Sense Alarm and Touch Alarm Probability - how likely it is you'll run into The Viper while stealing the car.
